Scheldeprijs is tomorrow, the oldest of the Flanders Classics, in its 102nd edition. http://www.scheldeprijs.be/enGenerally a sprinter is likely for the win. Kittel, Boonen & Demare as favourites. Many of the riders will be spinning up the legs ahead of Paris-Roubaix.

Cobbled Classics legends Boonen & Cancellara both took four attempts before they won their first Roubaix. Vanmarcke rides his fourth on Sunday.

Some latest reports on Paris-Roubaix:
Wiggins. "It's not just pie in the sky. I can do well." Although EBH will be Sky's leader.
Boonen. "Roubaix is the last authentic race. It hasn't changed at all." "When I feel the cobblestones under my wheels, I usually go fast." A win will be his 5th & a record.
Fabian Cancellara loses a key teammate, as Stijn Devolder pulls out due to injury.

Wiggins on Classics specialists "they come through all the risks, they take the risks, they put themselves on the line and I think that’s what Sunday’s about – forget everything else and just be willing to end up in hospital at the end of the night."

One of the great quotes on Roubaix.
Theo de Rooij: "It's a shitty race! We ride like animals, we don't even have the time to take a piss so we piss in our shorts – it's a pile of shit." But "Of course, it's the most beautiful race in the world."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xg8LZ57yEmQOPQS Paris-Roubaix Recon. Strongest team in the race. Will need to ride a tactically perfect race to get the win, but to miss out on a podium spot will be a disaster.
