What happened with Contador? Commentator seemed to suggest his bike frame just collapsed?!

Cameras only caught the aftermath, not sure of the circumstances.

Bookies, likely offer top 2 only now.

Bet365 are still paying 3 places. I've gone for Taaramae in the breakaway @ 28/1 and Peraud in the peloton @ 50/1. Both good climbers. Could backfire, but there is no value in backing the favourites.

Tried to back Kwiatkowski earlier at 66/1 for the overall not long after the Contador crash.  Paddies had definitely reformed the market as Nibali was 1/3.  I tried for a tenner, they did the usual and offered me £1.69.  I normally give up at this point, but though £100 is £100 why not, so I typed in £1.69.  They then offered me 25/1.  Words fail me on that firm.  He is 50/1 now, presumably I can have £2 at 20s.

Back from a weekend here

Just in time for today's stage

I have some Bastille Day interest in Pinot @ 18/1

Should be a cracker today

Hope it was an each-way bet.  thumbs up

Steward's enquiry ... I'd like to see the photo finish.

Yep  Smiley

I think he's overcome his descending problems, if so he may feature strongly in the Alps. Shame he is a poor time trialer.

Is it true a wheel came off one of the bikes on the roof-rack of the support car and that's what led Contador to crash? That's extremely unlucky.

Riding on despite having a fractured tibia demonstrates these people aren't human.

Lumpy stage tomorrow, looking like a stage hunters opportunity.

http://www.oddschecker.com/cycling/tour-de-france/stage-11/winner

Difficult won to pick, especially after a rest day, riders often under perform after a day off.

I've a few names in mind, but awaiting some hints & info hopefully from the Press conferences.
