Just cant see JP wasting a bullet by running the two vs each other. Its almost like he knew how good MTOY was when he bought Jezki.

AP didn't seem to think there was even a remote chance of it going for the CH this year when interviewed on MTOY just after the race. |

AP didn't seem to think there was even a remote chance of it going for the CH this year when interviewed on MTOY just after the race. Unless I misheard, Nicky Henderson said exactly the same thing when he was interviewed too. |

2nd interview on RUK was a lot less clear.
McCoy was very, "i just ride the horses" "I leave to the owner and trainer to make the decisions"
Just cant see JP running 2-1 and 4-1 clear first two favs in same race, Just my opinion, and for a horse that was supposed to not act as well on soft that was F****** impressive.
When I saw the weights I couldnt believe MTOY was giving some of those horses weight, yet he destroyed them.
In situations like this, little experience, one horse springs to mind-Alderbrook

Mate, I'm not JP. But if they were mine, I think I would tilt at a little windmill here.
Events earlier in the week show you don't know what is round the corner, and sometimes it best to strike while the iron is hot.
Especially if you own plenty of irons!

That was the year they bet 10/1 the field or something stupid though. I must say I thought My Tent or Yours would be an Even money shot for the Supreme after the way it won today when the race wasn't run to suit. I assume the only reason he's as big as 2's is the element of doubt whether he'll run. He's achieved a hell of a lot more than Dunguib had. And Dunguib started 4/5. |
