did anyone watch a Betfair preview that was on tonight?

mate mentioned the panel were really keen on Pont Alexandre in the Neptune and opinions ranged from it would go off about 5/4 to Nicholls saying Walsh had told him not to bother running owt against it.

does anyone know if that was true?

got my paul jones festival guide finally, spent all day narrowing down the mainly the handicap fields to suit the biggest trends for each race. Have come up with a shortlist. Problem is most obv have multiple entires. Ive only really bet the ones
at the biggest prices.

You bother with the Mark Howard update? Whos Paul Jones? Bobby- Pont looks a nice horse but 5/4 would be ridiculous, Ruby mentioned it on morning line last week, like his best ride. Weather forecast not looking good, putting covers back on.

cheers Biddy, I saw the forecast was bad for early next week too, talking of frost and minus temp early in the days?

What do you make of The New One in the Neptune? I'm really looking at opposing Pont Alexandre and I think this could be a cracking horse.

Well, pont is touching 7/4 but there aren't many novices I'd be prepared to back inside 2/1 in Cheltenham Festival week.
