Seems to me you played the hand bad pre, got rewarded for bad play, then got given a big slap by the justice ball.

Unfortunately, people don't always understand that celebrating in poker is bad etiquette. Some people just love the game a little too much and can't contain their excitement. IMO, take these things with a pinch of salt and laugh them off. They're actually quite funny when you look back

What are you playing at cracksniper? We're sitting there with a nice average stack, everything cool, and then we decide to over limp with the A9o? Not only that but when we flop a miracle we check shove 40k over a 3k bet giving our oppo a big dilemma with his better Ace. Lucky for us our terrible play gets ultra rewarded when our opponent calls for his tournament life. Don't worry about the updates, they prob didn't focus on a bad call by Alan Stearn as it's not particularly newsworthy.

Some of Alan's dummy spitting moments are the amongst my highlights at Dtd. Had the hands been reversed he would have blown. As Glen says he ran deep this weekend and is a character so good luck to him.

That's just poker sniper. Welcome to blonde and just laugh it off

MBN to flop two pair and get someone to go all in for their tournament life with one pair.

Sniper, nothing to be gained from getting wound up with situations like this. I'm pretty sure you'll win more than you lose in similar future spots, keep getting your money in ahead! Winning and losing with grace doesn't come naturally to everyone, particularly on a poker table. At the same time, if someone shows bad etiquette don't let yourself get dragged down to the same level Wink

This is the sort of story you here someone telling his poor mate in the break (who's still in, and clearly just wants to get a drink at the bar).
