BREAKING NEWS
El Blondie has finally arrived.

Reason? Delayed flight.

The good news? He only lost around 750 in chips.

I saw a particularly odd hand on table 6 just now, involving, if I have correctly identified them Joseph Brodsky, Johan Kretz and Jesper Frolich - all saw a flop after a raise to 500.  It was  three diamonds .  It checked round.
Turn: .  Bet out, of 550, with both players behind calling.
River:  .  Check round again.

First player shows
Second players shows
Third player shows  .  Chop chop.  Chop.

Players are currently on a break. 10 minutes and play will restart.

Just collected some chip counts:

Ken Lennard = 9.6k
Noah Boeken = 12k
Steve Vladar = 13.5k
Marcel Luske = 13.5k
Dave Colclough = 9.6k

Wonder what would have happened if Dave had been on time. A blessing in disguise perhaps?

Here's Norseman Torstein Iversen looking focused - they've managed not to be on the same table as each other this time round.

And to prove that Mr Blondie has arrived, here is some photographic evidence.

He looks very Mr Burns-like in this piccy.

Hi Dubai - just for you ,this pic of Mr. de Wolfe looking cool in his exta dark shades, sat next to Mark Teltscher (remember him from the Vic EPT?).
He just made a suspicious button raise to 350 (blinds 50 -100) and the blinds complained before folding, to be rewarded with a snapshot of  ...

Mark Telscher won one of the big warm up events before the WPT in Bellagio for another huge payday.
