OOO

Been waiting for Showboating to run over a mile plus for ages.

He is bang out of form, but the 1.1m of the Silver Cambridgeshire could be just what he needs. 5.00 New

I see MCCabe has booked Fallon, a good thing in most eyes(I'm not so sure these days), but the horse needs scrubbing along and not many stronger than our Mr Fallon. At 50-1 and 5 places worth a shilling or two.

I am also having a much larger bet on Island Remede in the 2.10.

A bit of a cliff horse but some better ground and uphill finish, and rated not too far off the best of these I think 14s represents excellent ew value.

GL all

Went 2/1 ir

Made a nice profit on the lay so shouldn't grumble, but not the way I anticipated.

For a hold up horse trying a new trip, I wonder what Fallon was thinking.

Can't please some people huh?!!   LOL

Really fancy QUEENSBURY RULES today in the cambridgeshire , had a few each way lumps at 16/1 with baldfred who seems to have taken over the high streets in Essex. If you can find better place terms I think its a cracking bet.

Desperate to ride her in france but she was unchallenged and barely ridden visually (altho she looks like she gives 100% and doesnt need ridden). Cant understand not running in france if she is right the way horse racing goes.

Always good to watch that kind of class especially when the horse is so willing.

She's a game little whippet and I'd love to see her run but she's never going to have it that easy - ducking out of the parade ring, making her own pace - in France.

One that caught my eye today

Finn Class in 3.05 Muss

First time with Dods who is having a cracking season. Left Bell, who has been under a cloud all season, but not been too far off in several races.

Bit of early money around.

Had a little ew @5s. GL

Its that wonderful time of year again when all the Novice Chasers come out to play, and some great opportunities appear.

Today, for instance, Court Minstrel went off Evens, yet should probably been 1/2 on all known form(not that I will look to back him next time, having dragged its hind legs through every fence)

Tomorrow, we have Creepy, that looked a stayer to follow, on several occasions, last year.

3.40 @Chepstow he runs in a handicap nervous chase, and looks well in, especially as he looked a chaser. 3-1 looks a bargain.

just read ryan moores blog from saturday on betfair regarding queensbury rules he basically wrote the thing off as a no channer with no room for improvement left in it..... It went into my notebook after some lumpy bets went in for the thing to win the royal hunt cup ...if i'dve read his blog id've saved myself a few quid .

Was a cliff horse for Adz and I, but we got out of jail when it won LTO.
