Looks a decent prospect.

You read One Jump Ahead yet, Adz?

I've got it here, but not had a chance to get stuck in yet... Gonna try and work my way through it over the next few days, even though half of it makes no sense to me Cheesy

Not yet, but thanks for the nudge. Will get it ordered.

Another one you should get is Jumping Prospects. Cheap and cheerful but good early season companions. Need to sort that out too!!

Really like the look of Woody Bay in the 5.10 at Newcastle tomorrow.

Left the hapless James Given stable and moved to the upwardly mobile Mark Walford yard.

Immediately bounced back to last season's form on the first outings for MW, placing at 20/1.

Think he's a fair bit better than his current mark, and Walford has booked his "job" jockey Jason Hart for the mount.

Draw evidence is a bit patchy. By the looks the things high is best, but low isn't too bad, it's the middle you really don't want.

8/1 each way looks good to me. But beware those pesky non runners.

If someone could get me a small bet on with Bet366, Paddy, BF Sportsbook or Skaibet I'd appreciate it.

GL with those Simon.

I was very keen on a few quid on Woody Bay in that race on his first turn out for Mark Walford. Owner looked to have two in its last race and was going to sell which ever was beat the most. Had a rough passage and thought it was one to note. Back to a winnable mark and been running ok. Draw puts me off a bit, but its been done before. At 25s, I can take a chance.

Very keen on following up New Providence at Salisbury. 9/2 looks ok.

Not quite in Simons league but happy to take a 25-1 place and 9/2 winner. Wink

Great minds Mr H.

I got probably got there a race too soon, but as a cliff man, was going in again.

Good luck lads

I like Fujin at 16's in the 5.40

Had a handful of starts for Noel Wilson and moves to Shaun Harris today. Harris having best ever season by a mile and has used first time blinkers to other new inmates with success.

When you throw in at least three of its runs for Wilson suggest this mark is at least fair he rates a small bet for me

Arctic Feeling in the 1650 at Notts.

Stopped more times than the Weymouth to Bristol Temple Meads train a couple starts ago at the Curragh, and still only beaten 2 lengths by Watchable.

Also, ran well at Ayr LTO, and I'm going to bet it until it wins Cheesy

Sorry my last few mentions have been fairly crap!

However day off today and have come across 2 nags highly tipped up by a contact whos at Salisbury today and 2 i have been following this season.

Tobacco Road(11/10) and Basem(13/8) pays a tidy near 9/2 double in the 1520 and 1555 at Salisbury, both expected to run out winners in todays class.

1620 at Norttingham runs Weekend at Bernies, one we had a word for a few races back and really dissapointed. Already money for it this morning 12/1 into 9/1. trip and ground look ideal and hope today is the day to catch it in the winners circle. Fancy this quite a bit today and will have a good bet each way on now and might have another nibble later.

Another one that went in the note book was Bridgekeeper in the 1510pm race at Nottingham, looked like it was being kept back for an assault on a tasty little Nursery Handicap in the two maiden races it ran in recently, and Tate and Eustace are quite succesful with their foray into Nurserys of late. General 8/1 shot and been snippets of money for it already, but what was an 8 runner race is now a 7 runner and the each way value has probably gone. Might have a few points win regardless as it will win a race very soon.

Another Yard we follow is Brian Meehan, and he has had an awful year for his standards. There was apparently a lot expected of Able Spirit in its first run on the all weather on debut, but reportedly didnt like the surface. 210pm race today at Nottingham, quite a tasty maiden, but around the 14/1 shot might also be worth a little dabble each way.

Good Luck anyone considering playing Smiley

Certainly has been the last 2 years, but prior to that, when backing the right ones, was always a very fruitful exercise in the past!

Every bloody horse Meehan trains is apparently a group winner in the making.

Wonder if he over rates for his own ego or to gee up his owners.

Reminds me somewhat of Pat Eddery. If I had a tenner every time Eddery claimed a horse he'd just won on was "the best I've ever ridden" I'd have a lot of tenners!
