Some crazy gambles going on for Donovan today, his first one just hacked up at Lingfield backed from 10-1 yesterday to evens, previous group 2 winner. Another goes 16:25 Kempton, now odds on, previously it ran its last race at 66-1!

Should be well rested after 700 days rest!!!

Beaten over 100 lengths in last 3 races

Last race, last of 13 at 66/1 class 6

Best price 1/2

Funny old game...........

Low Key Kemp 6.25  supposedly the next leg

Nick Luck reckons its the biggest coup since the 2010 Barney Curley gamble

Not sure why its dodgy. If you as an owner have the patience to pay for your horse to sit idle for 2 years while its handicap comes down, you need to win a lot to pay for having to shell out without enjoyment or return all that time.

Good on "whoever" has orchestrated this coup I say.

I just hope that when David Williams of Ladbrokes says "we have measures inplace to counter this sort of thing" doesn't mean they can cancel multis etc and worm out of it. That would leave a very nasty taste.

With you on that Adz, of course whoever gets the lot deserves it and should keep it as long as everything is above board, when watching the first race Jason was saying the horse had won a group 2 a couple of years ago and had tumbled down the ratings since, but why all of a sudden with a change of trainer does the horses start winning? I do not even know half about horses that you know and I'm probably a bit ignorant as to learning the ins and outs of it all, but something like this gets reported generally and it just doesn't (IMO) look good on the industry to non horsey type people.

Anyway good luck to those that need it ( or not as the case maybe)

May as well take the opportunity if there is one?   If the price is bound to be too short, we lay right?
