Un De Sceaux is a monster!
Just raced Gemix (and others) again over 2m 4f, with Ruby taking the reins this time, and nothing got close.

Quite keen to take on Faugheen too. Will be ew on Valsuer Lido who was impressive in a race known to produce the winner fairly often. He also wasn't far behind your two in the Supreme, Omm and given a much easier race, and looks an improver.
I like Djakadam in the 3miler getting plenty of allowances and Ruby up top. Was till going v nicely in the Jewson when falling 4 out.
FWIW, also hope to see Six Wives run well in the 4.50 at Notts after her decent comeback run. Should be spot on now.GL

Djakadam now a non runner. Six Wives I'm on, Goodluck and thanks. I don't really think any of the ew bets can be bad in Faugheen's race, could make an arguement for all of them apart from the outsider, should be a good race. I like Baily Green later too.

Ridiculously strong showing, and it looks like it's time for The Liquidator to be put through one...

bit harsh mate. Not turned out to be what we hoped but he was 4th, in a strong field. Not sure he will ever carry any of my serious dough again, but sure he will pay his way at a certain level.

Six Wives traded as low as 1.23, and my nitty 1.5 trade got me out, but she was run out of it in last furlong sadly for the full wedge.

Saw it was in a heap bar the 12 lengths to Faugheen, and he didn't seem to jump as well as he normally does.
Te opportunity for a play on his name was there, so seemed a shame not to use it

Me too, great gesture to retire him after that.

You knew Adz, thought Western Boy had more of a chance turning for home but Valsuer Lido fought well. Good call. Fantastic animal Faugheen. Any views on tmrw?
