Would it be possible to save up DTD points to be used to buy in for the next £1k Monte Carlo (granted will take a lot of raking).

Not under current systems no. Points buy you into online tournaments, tokens get you satellite entries and the sponsorship scheme isn't taking new entries

after you log in you get option for dtd tokens. running totals there, not sure if its updated in running or daily though

How to find your Base Points+

Sit down at a cash table
Click on the silhouette profile icon (bottom left)
Search your nickname
View your Base points - (Reward points are based on your VIP level)

This is current points. Your cumulative total (for the week etc) can be accessed in your members area.

No screenshot but if you go into the members area, where you view real name display from and click on tokens..then assuming you've opted in it will show you how many tokens you have and your points total towards the next one. each token is 25 points

If you have points left from before you moved over to DTD Tokens then you can still spend those as before i.e. entry into satellites.

155 will earn you entry into a £5.50 sat (110 points) and 2 x £1.10 or a £2.20 token (44 points)

After that you will only earn tokens and this point balance won't go up any more

I've opted into the token scheme, if I reached 'x' amount of points do I get a token automatically that is being promoted at the time or are you able to use these points to redeem whatever token you fancy? There should be a shop for this like on BlackBelt Poker - so you are free to do whatever you wish with your points.

If you opted into tokens a token will be credited the day after you reach each milestone. You can see how many tokens you have and points progress towards the next in the Members area

Shortly tokens you earn will be able to be applied to Big Game satellites, and afaik existing tokens can carry over too

A satellite/token shop is in the plans for a next phase of development, after the next advancement, which is to see real names and pictures as an overlay to the table when you are playing

If you opt into tokens you aren't earning points on non cash game club play...the decision is to stay on points or opt into tokens. Tokens is the more generous reward scheme

Do you have to register in this token scheme if you already registered in the token scheme which gave tokens for the grand prix???
