25 points a week (Monday to Sunday) on the Online cash games gets you entry into a week's freerolls. Each freeroll has 5 x £110 tokens to the winners, and use that to buy into events like Big Game day 1 or £110 Mega sats for the UKIPT, Sky Poker UKPC etc

7 day expiry on the £110 tokens, 120 day expiry on any £1000 seat won

They do run Mon-Thurs evenings, some afternoons and more short-handed at weekends.

Sometimes the tables are empty and I know people check and then log off. Secret is to sit down, wait a bit and usually I will notice and put a tweet out or contact a few people

You can upload a new photo via the members area. I go in and verify uploaded images daily

Yes to your point though, tables are busier when the promotions are on. The aim is to have sufficient liquidity that anyone who wants a game can get one irrespective of any offer

As you elude to, I do get the impression that there are several players who log on to see nothing is running and move on to something else. To be honest I have done the same a few times ... log on ... sit in a game if it is running ... or snap depart and get involved elsewhere if nothing is running.

Could an interest board be set up in the members area? Something similar to most big casinos where you can chalk names up with the stakes/game people are interested in, if you get 4+ players in the same niche you summon them by e-mail (as opposed to the DTD tannoy) and hopefully get a game running?

Failing that could players sign up to an e-mail notification list at there chosen stakes ... so once a game is running then they get an e-mail notification ... if they get annoyed by the e-mails they can just opt out, then sign back in when they are available.

Also would it be possible to run some  other variants, mixed games, 5+ card Omaha, Dealers Choice etc. or is that pushing the ipoker software too far??

Just some random thoughts, and they might work better for the higher stakes ... but with the latest cash game promo I imagine there will be no problem with liquidity come Monday ;-)

Do you think people do not see facebook, twitter, skype messages that games are running or someone is looking for a game at x level?

I suspect they pass many by, even though about 500 people are connected to the Club cash games messages by one or more of the three mediums

ok not got time to read 39 pages...something might have passed me by in the mass marketing (I kinda blank alot of it in a blur now)

Went to go on club cash games today, as have e-mail saying I'm regged etc, but only see user names/avatars. No real names/no phots etc. Am I missing something?

there you can log in (with a screen nickname and a password I can send you) and

- change the password
- upload a photo
- when someone is updating the system (most of the time, and all the time Mon-Thurs) click a tab for each table you are playing on and see

 - real names of who you are plaiyng
 -  their picture
 - their location

The next stage is this information will be overlaid on the view when you are playing at tables (no seperate log in)

stage after that is community profiles, community chat system etc 


The freeroll promo starts on Monday, and you will be able to check your progress towards raking 25 points for eligibility for the freerolls in the members area
