Wazz?

Thought he was going to be a full and enthusiastic member of the forum after he sold his WSOP package.

He hasn't posted for six weeks and hasn't even logged on for a month.

I guess he'll be back in about May 2014 Wink

He was entertaining too. It was like the "It's a knockout" of 300 posts, I suppose that's way to get to 300 posts though.

Some of his live PLO was proper punting mind. Pretty good writer to be honest. I miss him. But then I miss Herbie too so I am obviously just a blonde pervert. I really enjoyed The Tank thanks to this thread too. I would steer any one who enjoys reading about poker to his threads.

Any other good writers I should head back for Camel? Would prefer a train wreck at the end rather than online grinder style hero who then dances off into the sun (that is non poker life).

Have a search for totalise.

Really good mind for poker, not dead sure why he left actually.

Totalise and I knew each other as kids through golf. He played for Lincs, me Notts. Wasnt until we were chatting years later on here we realised who each other were. I have no idea where he disappeared too. He certainly had some unique views on the game.

Wazz : very good player and good writer/ analysis of poker . Played him live a fee time at DTD on PLO table . Very aggro and willing to gamble . Did read his diary/live selling when he went to Vegas this year . Use to write a lot in PHA but not hear from him since . Honeybadger used to be very close to him .

Cheers Camel

Had an hour of that today. PHA is superb from 2006 too! Some great links on his early stuff also. It's just amazing how some of his concepts are shared in such an open way, almost like he is chatting with his mates in the pub. Blonde was way ahead of its time maybe?

When you look back it really shows how big online poker could be if the U.S. allow their players to punt.

I'm sure I saw Dennis was playing somewhere recently. Maybe Portsmouth?

Haven't seen jim for a while, I think someone said he had been unwell.

Jim was on blonde a couple of months ago, hasn't posted for 5 months. Was never really a prolific poster though.

I remember years ago a load of us came up in a bus from Bath for the Ladbrokes golf/poker day at Camberley. 3 of us flying to Vegas the following morning. TD was Longines I remember.

Wow, takes me back. Rugrat asked a ruling question on the old Ladbrokes forum and because I knew the answer that meant I'd somehow volunteered to be TD. Think there was about 80 runners, STTs running for the bust outs and I remember thinking 'wtf have I got myself into?' when I realised I was in charge of the cash game float - there was £20k+ in the chip case - never hoped for something so much that the damn thing balanced when the game broke  Grin

Lol, happy days eh Grant.

Think these events were the last thing I ever cashed in, and that was only cos I could play a bit of golf in them days!

So who is Gouty? Pretty sure there was a bookie called Alex something from that area that used to/still does play a lot. Nice bloke. Getting warm?
