One of the funniest hands I ever played was with Bingo, I flopped Quad queens bet the flop he puts me all in with a flush draw, I turned over my hand and without looking at it he started shouting Diamond Diamond, before the dealer turned to him and said "Sir you're drawing dead" ... Lol.. Always gracious in defeat, never lost his temper and was always smiling..

Great guy and an absolute legend..

Taff had a stroke a few months ago his daughter is Freddie's nursery teacher so I get regular updates on him, he's doing much better ATM

He was entertaining too. It was like the "It's a knockout" of 300 posts, I suppose that's way to get to 300 posts though.

Some of his live PLO was proper punting mind. Pretty good writer to be honest. I miss him. But then I miss Herbie too so I am obviously just a blonde pervert. I really enjoyed The Tank thanks to this thread too. I would steer any one who enjoys reading about poker to his threads.

Any other good writers I should head back for Camel? Would prefer a train wreck at the end rather than online grinder style hero who then dances off into the sun (that is non poker life).


Pleased to say Wazz has returned to blondepoker.

Still alive and not banned.

Tighty is being confused by an incident on the night before an APAT tourney in Manchester where I was runner up and some local nutjob attacked me in the casino after I had cashed out.

Was barred for no reason from the Casino.

I stand by all my previous posts re :- being an (ex) Tory. UKIP the only way forward for this country.

David Cameron is traitor to all tories, SNP are left wing lunatics.

As for the poker Smiley

Still playing, though no where near as regular. Still 152 on PKR all time MTT money winner list despite being a part time hobby player.

Have an excellent poker room in my house with a custom table, great fun.

Be getting back into the game more seriously soon so hope to catch up with you all.

P.s. I also won the virgin poker £50 tourney at DTD so not really a fish, just a hobby player with very varied interests (I.T. Pro by day).
