Sky sports 3 showing a tennis match with players I've never heard of.....that's going to mess up alot of peoples recordings

Well that's not good, then, no idea what happened there. I was not watching it (it clashed with a fabulous documentary about the construction of the Panama Canal on PBS America - highly recommended)  so was not aware it was not on.

Just had a look on the Menu, the repeat (?) is still scheduled for 1am.

The 10pm showing never went out due to the Tennis, correct.

The 1am "repeat" did go out.

Am awaiting news of re-scheduled TX times for Ep 2.

Will let you know when it appears on You Tube, which should be imminent.

It will also go on Challenge TV as soon as the Sky Sports run ends.


Let me know if you want more info on that "Panama Canal Construction" show.

The "missing" Episode 2 saga.

Firdst up, I can now confirm that the orginal showing of Episode 2 on Monday had to be pulled, as the Tennis over-ran, partly due to the tributes to Elena Baltasha. The "repeat" did air at 1am though.

Effort have been made this week to re-schedule Ep 2, but it is a very busy week on Sky Sports, & they have not been able to find a slot suitable to all parties.

Howevva......

It HAS now gone up on something called "ON DEMAND", & it will remain there until next Friday. The programme will be positioned on Page 3 of the "Most Popular" section, as ON DEMAND does not have a Poker category as such.

Please don't ask me what ON DEMAND is, or how to find it, access it, or work it, as I have no idea. Sounds good though.....

Omve the Sky Sports transmissions of all 6 Episodes are complete, the Shows will then air on Challenge TV.

It is on "ON DEMAND" not Sky Go. (I assume they are different things).


I just raised the question & got this reply from Mr On Demand.....


.....It is located on page 4 of the Most Popular section in Sky Sports  and is called ’UK Poker Championships’ or you can search for it with that title....

Very good show.  Watched it last night.  Thought Grafton's comm was very good.  The comm's def went for the EPT hartigan/stapleton comedy style and i think it worked really well.
