bf just laid 1/8 remain sportsbook whilst exchange was 13/1 leave for decent money to me!   comical.  how are the two not linked by a bot in 2016!  Do we really think bf pay lol traders to actually price things up and they don't copy the real judges.

The pound just jumped a cent against the dollar in the blink of an eye - now at $1.50

On another issue why do Newcastle and Sunderland care who declares first?  I find it really funny.  Little runners darting around at 100mph chasing down boxes of votes to be first?  Why do they care so much?

Why do they care though?  Is it just a Northern thing because they know how helpless they are against the powerhouse of the SE and London in the bigger scheme of things?  Or just a logistics issue of the vote boxes being close together to have less travel times to get to the counting centre at ? Every time they do it it just seems pointless.

Think it was a sunderland thing wanted to be the first result in general elections (totally pointless anyway) and newcastle tried to compete last time. Theres no real point to it just a bit of interest to be first I think. We dont give a fuck about the SE mate we all go labour

It used to be that in GEs Sunderland South would be in competition with Sunderland North to be first, which sounds like it was mostly for bragging rights in the pub on Friday night.

0/382 declared.

I thought this was just a straight up Voted Remain % vs Voted Leave % of total votes?

This is fascinating.

Price of remain is shortening right up on Betfair, but on the spreads, remain % mid point has fallen by over 2 points.

A cheery wife was asking people how they voted and the bloke in front of me asked her what for, she replied its for a poll, to which he replied the poles are the fucking problem. Smiley

The way is says Leave 0 Remain 0 0/382 declared suggests it's gonna be out of 382. Will those 0s just become %s?

Betfair catching up.

Would have thought it was the other way round, but no. Spreads leading the way for once.
