My partner has zero interest in politics.

Her question this morning - which of the parties is strongest on fighting terror? I want to vote for them.

I imagine this sort of question was asked across the country today. What's the answer?

Good question. I've heard/read very little on terrorism policies.

May has cut police budgets leading to less bobbies everywhere. They want to cut immigration but when a the people committing atrocities are British nationals that won't change much. She was also home secretary for 6 years when the budgets were cut so is pretty much directly responsible for less police. The former head of the met. Police was on TV earlier calling the government liars and explaining that the extra police on the streets now are people being made to do longers shifts, lose their holidays and brought in from elsewhere.

Corbyn is a hippy who wants equality for all and will try and get a peaceful resolution to any conflict. "Corbyn on Iraq War 2003: It will set off spiral of conflict, hate, misery. And will fuel wars on future generations https://t.co/XsAjaO44lw"

That's about the best I can do.

The marginal election battlegrounds that could decide the UK’s future

With the Conservative lead in the polls dwindling and Labour support surging, both main parties will be focusing on the seats that could swing this week’s result

Will turnout weighting prove to be the pollsters’ Achilles heel in GE2017?

Whatever the result on Thursday, I feel like the country has never been this divided in my lifetime.

I cannot see how the winner can even start to pull the nation together. They probably won't even try tbh.

Compare and contrast leaked tape of Milne on phone to Corbyn on Friday with Corbyn's speech today. "Form of words" needed to shut down awkward Questions..
