yesterday i felt was quite a poignant day

plymouth, portsmouth and brighton...all big south coast clubs coming back and going up afteryears and years in the doldrums

meanwhile...

Incompetent owners who have ruined Coventry, Leyton Orient and Torquay leave fans to pick up the pieces

I don't know who would replace him but I think it's pretty ludicrous that Sessegnon makes the team of the year. He's very young, has been very good and is obviously extremely promising however he has only played 23 times in the Championship, 15 as a starter, many of which haven't been at leftback.

Scott malone and Jordan Amavi were the best left backs I saw play this season.

I wouldn't have put lascelles in myself, Clark (when fit) ) has been our best cb by miles. Pontus jansson instead maybe

Lewis Dunk has done his ankle whilst out celebrating. Out for the last three games of the season apparently. Fantastic player, genuinely top level but not the sharpest tool in the box.

He was in full training on Wednesday (players put up vids of them singing in training) after two nights out on the spin. So source?

A source very close to one of the players who was with them at 5:30 on Tuesday morning.
