About time! I hope Barnes still gets a look in under a new coach though!

Mr Integrity himself.  Will get a hot reception if his first game is Watford.

Very harsh on Puel, well on course for 40 points and not impossible to imagine him taking them to 9th again this year

Not sure we will able to rouse ourselves again after giving Silva a hard time last time out!   Then it’s Zaha next up after that.  A procession of grudge matches.

If, a big if, we keep this team together next season is going to be a lot of fun.

such a lot of young attacking talent, attack minded manager, budget to strengthen

might lose maguire, chilwell, maddison and tielemans to the top six though

Hopefully each of the above might take note from Mahrez’s move and sit tight for the time being. Like you I’m looking forward to next season if we keep them all together mate - some very exciting young talent there.

Arsenal are obviously well capable of the kind of woeful defensive performances that allow goals like the second but was pretty impressed with Leicester and quite a few of the individual players who I've only seen play a time or two. Think they've benefited from some of the work by Puel with a more possession oriented game as well as having the still impressive and more direct threat from Vardy who consistently makes our defending look abject.

Sending off was harsh I felt but doubt the result would have been much different, especially given the bench we had for the game.

Josh Knight spent a lot of his loan spell at Poshies this season injured. Had to go back at one point.

Saw enough of him in later games to know he'll end up much higher than L1 though. Turned in the best performance of the season by a Poshie at Pompey playing in front of the back four last midweek. Was everywhere.

Guy Branston is in charge of loans I believe, which at least keeps him off Radio Cambs. Imagine Steve McManaman but tens time more annoying.

Hope he sends him back for another stint.

So 4 times more annoying than Jamie Carragher? Holy shit.

Reports now circling that the big clubs are going to show concrete interest in Maddison this summer.

Especially now United look unlikely to woo Sancho, looks a good fit for the rebuild project at United. Build a team around him + Pogba.

Predicted line up this year? What kind of formation?

How does he fit Perez and Maddison in the same team? They take up very similar positions, is he planning on making Maddison more of a deep lying playmaker?
