By the end of that I had small bets on about everyone except Tiger.

Pleased to see him win, powerful story to reach rock bottom, behave terribly, struggle mentally and physically and overcome it all. Not many people do that and I hope he's a nicer man now

Agree 100%.

Someone on the TV - Azinger maybe, but it matters not - said "shame is a very powerful emotion, & Tiger went from the biggest name in sport to the deserved butt of everyone's jokes due to his behaviour" or words to that effect.

Love it when folks overcome adversity.

And the galleries at Augusta - Augusta in Georgia, let's not forget - worship him, cheering & roaring & hollering.

All very uplfting.

My old boss has been out there for the tournament.

Hope he enjoyed it, even though he posted that he was laying Tiger Cheesy

Ha, had spag bol. Can't go wrong with that, bit exotic but I managed.

I'm off the pineapple now, bananas are the new pineapple.

All the food at Riccardo's is excellent, which I'd guess is where you went with Chris.

Keep them. Banana protein shakes, I can do.

Bananas are packed with sugar, bout 14g, which is ok if you’re bombing around the tennis court. Which I presume ur not.

Pineapple equally as bad.

Recommend berries, flax & chai seeds as the new pineapple/banana/beetroot combo. Oh and spag full of carbs too.

We are getting seriously off-topic here & the Serious Heads will get cross with us, but.....

No, I'm not bombing around any tennis courts, that's a girlie game, but I am walking 6 miles (3 x 2 miles)  - & at a right old clip - every single day. That needs a fair bit of oomph. That's like 7-6, 7-6 6-7, 6-7, 21-20.

And would you believe I have a dietician now - ooh, get me - who says bananas are fine for me.

Berries? Current fruit intake per day is;

2 x bananas

2 x apples

1 bowl of soft fruit comprising strawberries, rasberries & blueberries.

That's every day, right?

Finally, I have a green vegetable intake every day as follows;

1 x tin of peas

1 x tin of potatoes.  *

* Technically not green, but they have green bits sticking out when they grow, so they count.

Apologies for derailing the thread, back to golf now.

I really ought to keep a Diary.
