The buyin is £75+£7 per player and is to be paid in advance via a Grosvenor Poker Online Holding Tank by each individual. All individual team members need to pay the entry fee of £82 via Grosvenor Poker in advance by 9pm on Friday 5th January 2018. When you've registered on the Grosvenor Poker site let me know your username on that site so I can co-ordinate with APAT.

On the day, teams will be required to have a team photo taken PRIOR to the event starting - therefore please arrive by 1:30pm latest to allow the timely completion of this and not hold up the event starting because you"re too late!

We need to select a team by 5th January 2018 so are the people below still interested? Also, does anybody else wish to join us as currently we only have 6 (and three reserves)

Yeah, this would be a good idea. December 1st is a good date, just in case we need to arrange reserves and gives everyone a month to register online.

Tee shirts - I am looking into options to try and get them as cheap as possible.

very good friend of mine has recently spent a fair chunk on t shirt printing equipment, has only got started fairly recently but has got off to a very good start with lots of repeat customers. he would be more than happy to send you various designs and options regarding what you need.he has told me that if i know any people interested , then he will do a very competetive deal to first time customers. i am on nights at moment, he is working near where i live in daytime so meeting him most lunchtimes so will have a word later today.
