I was there to hear Chris make his bracelet acceptance speech. Not seen one of these before, so I have no basis for comparison, but there did seem to be a lot of love in the room - including from Jack Effel himself. No surprise then that Chris made a gracious and humble speech. It’s a shame that it’s usually the loud & brash types that command the media attention.
I wish him and his horse all the very best of luck & success. And on that note, how about
Compton Secret
or Compton Romance
