Froch is a pretty funny fucker.

He's definitely now a company man or "on message" as some would say referring to Haye v Bellew as "a great fight" - gimme a break.

Sorry for the earlier thing Marky but this is the banter thread..

Cant imagine it being fixed.  I think Mayweathers undefeated legacy means more to him than the money from a rematch so he will never take a dive and theres no money in a rematch if McGregor loses

It was pretty good, I thought.

Reminded me of a few rucks I had outside Joanna's when I was 19/20.

I was taught to be nice to the oldies, so just gave the honest answer Wink

McGregor getting 'd would keep Mayweather's legacy intact and set up a mega $ rematch..............

Money coming for Mayweather on betfair now.  1.24-1.25 now.  1/4 commission free still available with numerous firms.  Is reality finally setting in and the heavy hitters are coming out to play?

We could do with McGregor having a Hatton style weigh in tomorrow night.

How someone can speak so well, after so many wars, is impressive.

Even if some of it is recital, Eubank is definitely not suffering from CTE.

Warriors code IMO. Sr harps on about it all the time.

There is some Rudyard Kipling, and Invictus, too Cheesy

Pretty interesting stuff, and he does come out with some interesting stuff about the fight.

"Latest reports from Vegas are 92% of bets are on #McGregor but 82% of the money is on #Mayweather. Classic example of a sharp/public split"

genuine question

why is mcgregor so popular? is it his sport? irish? good at PR?

i don't know his background that well but he does nothing for me in a sporting context (never watched mma/ufc)
