I've never seen a deciding frame anywhere near as dramatic as this Wilson/McGill one.

It could have been scripted by Alfred Hitchcock.

The greatest final frame since 1985 Ralph?

I think this had more sub-plots in it - the missing snookers until he needed one followed directly by the in-off.

How can some people not get sport?

Hope you and the family are keeping well Phil

Semi-finals have been great, and that last frame was epic.

All good thanks Ralph, hope you are well too.

Imagine scoring 83 points and losing a £100k frame.

Unless you count:

Back in Nagasaki
Where the fellers chew tobaccy
And the women wicky-wacky
Woo.

Which was running through my head all through the frame.

I reckon that frame was worth £1m+ in long term EV to the jock as he gets into the top 16 with a final appearance and init the top 6 with a win.   The gtd masters prize money (and all the other top 16 benefits) for at least 2 years and potential for a heater to stay there.   No way it had the same pressure for Wilson who is tight in the 16.

Someone needs to confiscate Dennis Taylor's applause button.

Just watched the Selby interview.
Must be difficult when you've experienced such a low but makes himself look like a poor loser.

I agree with him but he should have kept it to himself.
