Norrie was outclassed today, played a good 3rd set tie break but rest of match was just off the pace.

well the ladies is open for anyone now,
great to see the top men setting up what could be an exciting 2nd week with so many of the next generation still in.

Rybakina is still in and she seemed a likely champion from the start.  Think the Sun/Vekic match pricing is wrong. Vekic is a decent enough player, but doesn't feel like a 1.42 chance.

Before the Raducanu match, there was a bit of talk about 1/5 Raducanu looked wrong, as Sun has been playing so well. I actually got 3.5 Sun with a set to go today which seemed very generous.  Raducanu was just hanging on there, and Sun was much more aggressive.  Thought Raducanu was the more likely winner, but felt nearer 50/50 to me at the time.

Anyway, was looking at Sun overall, but think you'll get better backing each match.  She may well be 3.5 against Navarro too, and she isn't going to be odds on in the final, so combined odds seem likely to be bigger than the 20/1 she is right now.

Mens hasn't changed much. Sinner was favourite at the start, and still
is.

Running bad at Wimbledon.  Substituted Watson in for Djokovic.  Tempted to bail and watch Klugman.

Will take back what I said yesterday. Enjoyed the mixed doubles more than the first match; Rybakina steamrollering Svitolina doesn't have much appeal from row Z.  Watson played better than I was expecting and Joe Salisbury worse.  Crowd was much more animated despite a decent chunk of them disappearing before the game.

Did wander over to see a bit of Hannah Klugman after.  Standing room only and she seemed a bit all over the place.  Hitting some powerful winners then making unforced errors, and getting angry with herself. Hope she comes back stronger.

Did strawberries, pims and cream tea, so Wimbledon completed.  Think I prefer the Nottingham Open.  Much closer to the players, cheaper, not a faff to get to and way cheaper.  Obviously going to try and get row A next year.

yeah Salisbury didn't look himself, he is playing with Boulter in the Olympics. Willis and Barnett on after the men's double semi they have been a fun watch. I had to google Willis forgot about his run through qualifying to meeting Federer in the 2nd back in the day.

I think it'll be the end this evening, neither fully in shape and playing against a couple of doubles specialists. 10/11 2-0 the Belgians sadly appeals.
