It’s just a simple fact that you don’t know the evidence in the Begum case, none of us do and that’s why it should be tested at trial. If she’s guilty of crimes by all means punish her. We don’t know the evidence. It’s very clear that you don’t really understand what evidence is. “Did you read the papers when she left?” I wouldn’t like to be the person who brought that evidence before a court. :-)

Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It might be inconvenient in some circumstances, but it's the only way.

You can argue as much as you like, but to have any credibility you have tell me who should have the absolute power to decide what constitutes a CLEAR CUT crime and be able to convict without trial.
