How is everyone doing?

Managed another win yesterday with Put The Kettle On, but was one of my smallest bets of the day and I put more on Notebook.

I also got 3 places for a small positive day, but still down overall.

I seem to have backed a lot of shorter priced ones in the handicaps today.

I am a bit grumpy about missing the price on The Shunter today. Someone pointed out to me that the best strat for Cheltenham was to back this NRNB for all its Cheltenham races as it was bound to start way shorter than the roughly 12/1 on offer in each race.  Guess you'd be risking your account if you did.   Given what happened at Tipperary, I am not sure that you'd want it to get too short for the connections.  https://twitter.com/theracingman4/status/1278342911286009856

Thanks for this Doobs! Only got 5/2 but that Twitter clip was enough to get me on board!

That was mental, that.

Did well to smuggle him back into the race, and then just tanked through the last mile.

Someone got £50 at 1000 that last Cheltenham winner in-running.

Yep, had written that off completely.  Tailed off and jumping horribly.

I was watching it, and was thinking that couldn't be the favourite as he hadn't mentioned it.  Think he hadn't mentioned it as it was off the screen...

Must have a stone in hand to win there.

Went from jumping like I was riding it, to swinging around the home turn on the snaff.

My ante-post wager on Adagio not looking very promising.

Why?  The front 3 are all very good, but have you got it each way?

I am probably about even now after 2 winners and a few places yesterday.  I am sure I'd be well up if I had done level stakes on every horse.

No. I backed it after it's last run - 68 days ago.

It really impressed me then but it's had a mild bout of colic since.

I am however slightly in front after a small ante-post bet @23 on Tellmesomethinggirl which I had completely forgotten about.  aftertiming

Tony Keenan who put up Concertista in last year's race @28/1 put it up a few weeks ago - he absolutely owns that race!
