Slight regression this week but only a single lb.

Starting weight this year 11st 9lbs, then 11st 7lbs, followed by 11st 6lbs.

This morning 11st 7lbs.

Shed that pesky lb that I gained last week at this morning's weigh-in.

11st 6lbs.

No news is good news right?

11st 6lbs.

11st 5lbs.

Man-flu is good for diets.

11st 3lbs.

11st 4lbs

Been eating this week.

11st 5lbs

Eating and back to full fitness - played 18-holes since this morning's weigh-in.

11st 6lbs

8th April: 12:12:0

Feels so much tougher now to shift weight🙂

Last weeks weight gain was due to eating junky foods in the few days before.

Will decide next week what direction to go in, whether to keep going a bit more or stick at just below 13 stone.

Am going to continue for a while yet.

What was working initially is not having the same impact  now.

Exercise levels are really good it’s the junk on a Friday / Saturday that are holding things up.

For the time being really going to try and limit chocolate, crisps and takeaways to very little or preferable none.

Where as at the moment there really is no filter on these things at weekend.

Also, will post less frequently; monthly or maybe every couple of weeks.

The thread so far has worked a treat; it’s just now going that slight bit further.
