I finish playing the 35k online, really annoyed with myself, I built a good stack and played some good poker without having a really big hand and then I go and mke an idiot call and finish 56th. I think the best thing to do is head to the bar to get some drinks. In the bar I find Brian Wilson. I introduce myself to him and he's a really nice guy. I think this trip is about to get very lively.
We go and play a sit n go and I have Brian to my right. I didnt play a hand for ages before it got to me, Brian had raised the pot. I didnt know how strong hands like 5s-8s and 3d-Tc were. Brain moved all-in with the T-3o after an early raise and then it held up. It was fair to say he absolutly ran over our table and when he's got chips he's a class act. He is also very animated at the table and after a short while of him being there, tournament director Thomas Kresmer came over to say hello to him. I think his exact words were - "nice to see you Brian, I hadnt seen you but I had heard you." I got short stacked in our 2nd sit n go so I made Brian's move of moving in with 7c-4c. I got called by Ks-Kh. I hit a 7 of spades on the flop and the 7h on the turn which Brian loved only for the Kc to arrive on the river(lucky 
). We finish the sit n go and go back to the bar for more beers.
I get back to my room at 3am after a good night and am looking forward to today as it's going to be a busy one. At 10am I'm playing in an Omaha Hi/Lo limit final. As part of our package we got entered into 7 freerolls which were to be played online, but the final played over here. All the final table gets paid so I'm quite happy with that as I'm an omaha . There is also another freeroll just for William Hill qualifiers at noon and then there is a $500 freezeout tonight that I will probably play.
I hear Dave Colclough is arriving today. It seems he has brought the bad weather with him as it is pouring with rain at the moment. It will be nice to meet him and maybe have a sit n go with him. The only problem with that is I'm always the dead money in these sit n gos but to be honest it's great to play against some of these players.
