Unlucky - here is some concrete porn to cheer you up - built by the Germans for anti-aircraft guns, it (and the others around the city) is for all practical purposes indestructible.

Been no updates, as blonde crashed for 4 hours.

Will try and summarise what happened whilst blonde was AWOL.

In some kind of weird simbiosis my old Dell Monitor was dead when I switched on my PC this morning.

Just now catching up what is now a lunchtime noodle-soup squeeze on my new slimline widescreen jobbie.

I've read books with less information than there is in those two lines.

Hey Teeks what and where are u playing today? Do U know what your plans are tomorrow? Would be nice to hook up.

Bumped into doobs at the airport. Hope u both crush the wsop 08 events

Hi Mr B,

Welcome to Vegas.

Am currently at The Venetian. Tomorrow depends on what happens here tonight, we have just shy of 3 levels of play  remaining, and I am trying to make day 2.

If I bust out, I will be at The Rio tomorrow, working at the Media Centre in the morning, and playing cash later, so maybe we can sort something then.

Morning tikay.  Think we are both playing the 10am flight of the crazy

Am in seat 1 table 25 Brasilia.

Woke up stupidly early, so am on how an 8am swim.  Reckon the tournament in done by 7pm, so isn't going to be so bad.   There is no way I could have done a 5pm start at the Venetian yesterday, but going to have to do 3pm at the Rio tomorrow.  Might be napping at the table.

If you are up F1 is on cnbc.

Good luck George.

As much as I enjoy reading the word SCOOPIO I detest reading the word BUSTO. Feels very negative and sometimes I recoil in horror from the screen. Please replace BUSTO with BANANAS as this seems a happier word.

Not sure where to post these bits & bobs, but here is as good as any I guess.

Animalpoker aka Rob Price made Day 2 @ Venetian in OK shape, play resumes @ 5pm Vegas.

Doobs made a cameo appearance in the 888 thing, & is now over at Aria playing the $500.

Flushy is going along steadilly in the 888.

Posh Alex does not look at all well, wearing dark glasses for "medicinal reasons".

Night all, thanks for the rail.

The fella that banana'd me was at the far end of the table, so I was not entirely sure what his exact hand was, but The Animal was at that end & has confirmed this morning the coup was that he flopped 2 pair, improved to the boat, then a pesky 3 counterfeited my low.

Bit of a bugger, I was in great shape v his holding, but never mind, we wanted the call.

It's probably just an annotation error but you don't appear to have a low to counterfeit. Smiley
