Ciaran Burke is indeed OUT.
He had 6k left and made his move with Q-J, but ran into a domineering A-J.
He was unlucky earlier on though, running Queens into Kings on a Q-K-x Flop. Ouch.

Hey guys could you update me on Tom Grundy please, see photo below! He's a hot young talent from the University of Warwick and has already an EPT cash to his name (Copenhagen).

Irina L is OUT.
Meanwhile, Praz Bansi, who I wouldn't be afraid to put my last dime out, has doubled up courtesy of Peter Smyth with A-K vs A-Q, the board coming all-rag with the exception of a King on the River.

Just to wake you all up a bit, whose stack is this, with mini-Reaper ornamentation (like it)?

Lol, it looks like he hasn't moved for two weeks. His hands, jumper and expression are the same but his hair has grown!

Simon Zach is OUT.
Adopted Welshman, Ed Arees, was the sniper.
Zach raised with A-Q, Ed re-raised with Kings, Zach moved all-in, Ed called.
No help.

And he's sitting next to BA in that archive pic and seeing as he only plays once a decade it's all decidedly strange...

Paul King has also doubled through, eliminating an opponent in the process.
"I said to him snoops that if he kept raising my blind, I would move all-in with any Ace."
And that's what he did, not a bad kicker either, but it didn't matter as he was ahead with any Ace against K-Q.
Hairy moment though, the Queen flopped and Paul had to wait until the River before making his bigger pair.
