Aye that sums it up nicely Brent.
What really pisses me off is that the league have done everything in their powers to delay this and cover it up from day one. They have hidden behind votes and rules that simply do not exist. There pretense that Leeds were the villains actually worked for a while, but even now all the papers recently had to retract stories that Leeds broke the rules and deserved the 15 points deduction. Its amazing what having money and the facts can make papers do?
Not even the day before the arbitration took place a few weeks ago would the league acknowledge it was happening. There aim was to delay and delay this as long as possible so that it was too late for anything to happen. This worked to good effect last season with the Tevaz affair lets hope they have the balls to tell the league how wrong they were and give us back the whole 15 points or nothing at all.

Definetly. Abs no point getting like 5 back. As you say, its either right or wrong, so should get 15 or 0 back. Its fun that we've been deducted 25 points over the last year tho for going into Admin when every1 else just gets 10. ChipPrince, last i saw it was 4/5 for 0. And summat like 11/4 for 15. With prices also for 1-5 and 6-10. We wont get them back obv. Hold on, rightly or wrongly you were deducted 10 points last season and then 15 points this season for your second'offence' inside 6 months. The 'we got 25 points when everyone else gets 10' is wrong. You got 25 points for 2 seperate cases.Leeds United were deducted the obligatory 10 points at the end of last season for going into administration, we have no issue with that and accept that fully. You dont get deducted 10 points with the proviso that if you do it again you dont get another fine. This is what you did and were fined another 10 points for failing to provide the correct financial assurances. 10 pionts for the first offence and 10 points again for the second offence, the only real issue is can the FA then add another 5 points on top of that for (as they see it) attempting to flaunt the rules. So it would be ridiculous to now say that we are giving to whole 15 points back when you have effectively been in 'administration' at some point this season. Thats what happens to every club that breaks those rules. It would be amazing if you got anything other than the added 5 points back and as there is quite rightly some question as the legality of taking those extra 5 points that would seem to be a possibilty. You are basing your argument on the league having a rule 'that coming out of CVA without having 100% backing from all parties' was against the rules and you would recieve X amount of points deducted for it. They didn't they made it up for Leeds.

How Horneris summed it up is how i understood it from my mate who's a home and away season ticket holder. He said that the football league could have witheld the golden share but to save themself a massive court case (lol) they just punished Leeds with a 15 point deduction.
