The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k. “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi. Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.

the last hand Phill with 10 8
flop 10 9 7
Eck with Q J
unraised pot, all in on flop
turn A
river 4
presentations ongoing now and Eck has been given a rousing reception by a horde of blondes including Kinboshi, jjandellis, londonpokergirl, bainn, harmony, geo the sarge, micky p and others
A real fighter, and a great performance. He should be chuffed with his result.
Congratulations to Phil too, a worthy winner and a fine player
thats all from me
see you in Luton for bb4!!

In all seriousness tho, tht was a fantastic win, well done my son.

Gutted to see Eck didn't win, he really deserved to, I met him on the first table and when he told me today he had been nervous all along I was amazed as he seemed very in control in the early stages. Never scared to raise with bugger all.
Can i say I had a fantastic time in my first proper tournament and a lot of that was because of the many Blondes I met over the weekend. Lovely people one and all.
think I will need to look into one of these Blonde bashes sometime.

Just home from the tourney having railed Eck and my mate Stevie P.
Very well played Eck, and as we discussed, can't believe Phil risked all his chips on a K9 after you had pushed with the 10's.
Great to meet you and hopefully we'll get together again soon.
Top man.
