any updates on matt dale very much appreciated.

Matt (pictured) just lost all but 18k of his stack to Richard Ashby thusly:

He found under the gun, and asked "What's 3X16k?" so he could bet it.  Fold round to Ashby, and, as Matt put it, "The cheeky **** asks, 'What's three times 48?' so when he raises I put him on a move and push all in.  He had Kings."

Hi Jen,

Nigel from Laddies here - Send Marty & Katarine my best wishes. Is Raj still going?

He was the tourney short stack at the last break - will check on him next time we're downstairs... Marty is flying and Katherine looks to have around the 50k mark now so two out of three ain't bad...

Hi guys.
If possible can you get a pic of Ben Bowles. Same guy I went to school with, not seen for a while.

We'll get you a photo in a minute, but I can tell you he's still in, after doubling up racing his against the of Willie Tann (I think).

Is this your Friends Reunited guy?

Praz is OUT. He raised utg with Kings, found the big blind re-raising him and so he pushed for 40k-odd more and somehow managed to get a caller with A-3. Ace on the river.

Raj appears in a world of pain - looks like I may have to join you in Brighton if the Wilsons continue like this

Flushy limps utg for 2k. EP makes it 10k. The big blind moves in for 64.7k. Flushy dwells for a good five minutes, saying, "I'm not sure I'm good enough to pass this." But eventually he passes, as does EP after a dwell. BB says he has Aces and assumed Flushy had limped something big utg, (Flushy had Queens). EP had Jacks.

Ian Herbert rides the rollercoaster, along with Ponte and Persaud -

He shoves preflop over the top of under the gun Jaime Ponte's push all-in.  It folds round to big blind, and with two players all in in front, Nik looks down: "I've seen a Six so I'm not going to look at the other one," he says, leaving Jaime's to face the of Ian...
out first card, and the Welshman is nearly felted.

He pushes the next hand with the monster that is , finding small blind Nik calling with J.  The board comes:  three diamonds Two Diamonds and a second to double Herbert's microstack and bring Nik down to 30k.

Here's 21-level Rumit in a recent tense preflop moment - he'd pushed over the top of Greek Jack (to his right)...22,500 for him to call.  A good long think before he passed and Rumit took the pot.

Andy Miles is on around 47k currently (average 62k).  I passed on your good luck message - he didn't seem at all surprised to hear you were virtually railing...
