Turning into Spurs? Surely you've been on par with them for years? And that's not be trolling

What you'll get from Klopp is someone who is very engaging, charismatic and has the proven ability to awaken a sleeping giant. I actually think Rodgers hasn't done a bad job looking at his overall record but at the moment Liverpool look woeful and he just sounds like an absolute drip in every interview he does

Football is a results business and not only is he not getting results but the team are uninspiring from back to front.

We've discussed the Liverpool woes all week, especially as to Rodgers, but I'd like to think none of us wants to see a decent man fail, especially in a job with such a high public profile, so I hope Liverpool win by a hatful today, & maybe get the train back on the track.

Great opportunity, too, v a very average Villa side.

A very average Villa side that beat us at Wembley not 6 months, ago.

Be lucky to get a point.

MATE

PS - No reason not to have a Spurs thread, however, I fear it'll be you v the rest, as we seem somewhat lacking in spuds.

Yes. No point having a thread in all fairness. That or we need to recruit some more spurs fans.

Whatever our view on Brendan Rodgers, there's no place to hide when the game is on, & it must feel a lonely place out there.

He must have felt confident last night after going a goal up, but it was not to be, & a 1-1 draw would not do much to brighten the mood.
