Same as it ever was.
Higher ranked team don't take their chances , lower ranked team punish bad defending and find inspiration.

Wow, just saw this was in extra time. Great to play experimental teams, rest players in this comp though

Thought we played pretty well overall , though in the second half we played so many long defence splitting passes that i half expected to see Torres up front.
I know Wisdom is only a young lad but he doesn't inspire confidence.
Hope Toure is ok for Sunday.

That was fun! concerned for Sunday with defenders now. Wisdom - had a bad day at the office, and needs to go on loan at some point, to gain experience and some confidence. Tonight he made my fee like my Wisdom teeth were coming through again!
Doesn't look good for Kolo. Sktel, not match fit? Is Kelly an option?

Pretty stronger for us, reserves for them I'd think. They have CL group 1 week before, and the sunday before away to Man City.
with it being cup game, we'll have 9'000 fans to create the atmosphere. Should be fun!

Portuguese defender Tiago Llori. Any views ?
Looks like Sakho will be a non runner then.
In other rumours , Shay Given as back up , and offer made for Andriy Yarmalenko.
