link to your web?

I believe he's now on loan to Real.  Shame we couldn't even secure the loan deal...be good to know why not..I think he'd get more games with us than at Real.....well tbh.. no thinking required really!

Real only have 1 striker so will play a decent amount for them. Real may make the move permanent but Liverpool might not. City prefer him out the country?

Press bias was obvious during the push for Hodgson and conspiracy of silence on his disastrous reign. Now confirmed. http://goo.gl/SxGHE

Shame its come from Alan Green which i'm sure will give people a reason to say its full of shit..

fwiw, I think hodgson did have to many media friends, and if we continue to play like we have been doing, ill be happy for now, until someone gets the players we need/require

Not exactly fluid, but a win is a win, and we haven't exactly been seeing loads of those.  Another clean sheet is always welcomed

Please can someone tell me wtf does Maxi actually do?...Like ever?....

First game I haven't seen for a while, but from what I've read we were unlucky early on not to have gone a few up (bloody male linesmen), but at the latter stages of the game we were lucky not to have conceded.

Vital 3 points, but the cracks are still showing where we need reinforcements. Agger MOTM I've heard. Can't wait for Carra to be back alongside him.

That's what it sounded like for the last 20 minutes.  But like I said, after 15 minutes, Liverpool could have been a couple of goals up.

Hodgson was roundly criticised for signing Poulsen but Kenny is putting him in the starting line-up. Any criticism of Kenny?

I don't like Johnson at left-back - that's one criticism I'd have.  I'd much prefer to see Aurelio there (if he's fit).

Poulsen has been disappointing for me, as has shown he's a decent player in the past.  I'm surprised how much he's played, and expected to see less of him now Gerrard's back.  I'd personally prefer Lucas in the middle with Mereiles and Gerrard rather than Poulsen in most games.  Would I criticise Kenny for playing Poulsen, yeah I'd guess so if I think there are others available ahead of him.  I'd probably give it a few more games before it starts to overly concern me though.  Like I said, I think left-back is a much more pressing problem - as is Skrtel in the centre of defence.

Lucas was injured for last nights game he didnt even make the bench so obv Poulsen has been getting a game because Stevie was suspended and Lucas been injured, not like we have other options so I dont hold it against Kenny for playing him.

That makes sense then. Was out last night so missed all the team news and the match of course. How did Poulsen play?
