Sturridge with some sensational work to set up Jose Enrique to make it 3-0.  In fact, it was a great team goal.

Not really a strong Swansea side at all.  Should have always been a scoreline like this, but with Liverpool you just never know.

I know Swansea are resting players to protect them from injury, etc., but this can't be a great morale-builder for Swansea before next week!

Borini out for the rest of the season apparently, went down with an injured shoulder and was in a lot of pain.  Not sure he was the solution, but the poor lad hasn't had much luck with injuries.

As for Sturridge, he is definitely showing his transfer fee was worth every penny.  I do think that ANY decent forward would have really helped Liverpool. However, Sturridge is adding more than that - his movement, work-rate and good feet are helping to bring another 10%+ out of the rest of the side. Gerrard is definitely one that plays a lot better with Sturridge in the side. It also sees the side get more end-product out of Suarez.

Definitely need another forward in the squad to be used for rotation, or when Suarez or Sturridge are suspended/injured.

Amazing that Stevie G has been on the field for every minute so far in the league.

Some games you wouldn't have known, and in others he's been excellent. Definitely enjoys playing with twoup top in front  of him.

Should be expecting 10 points, but as it's Liverpool it could be anything!

I'm 1 point behind my prediction I made in January, although I've only got one result correct!  See how close (or way off) I am to my predictions at the end of March.

31 POINTS. Although it's assuming we don't lose a game after the Citeh match - so might be a little optimistic!

January
L=0   29 Arsenal (A)
D=1

February
L=0  2 Man City (A)
D=1
W=3  9 West Brom (H)
L=0
W=3  23 Swansea (H)
W=3

March
W=3  2 Wigan (A)
D=1  9 Tottenham (H)
D=1  16 Southampton (A)
W=3  30 Aston Villa (A)

April
W=3  6 West Ham (H)
W=3  13 Reading (A)
D=1  20 Chelsea (H)
W=3  27 Newcastle (A)

May
W=3  4 Everton (H)
D=1  12 Fulham (A)
W=3  19 QPR (H)
