Oh, do you mean all three playing at the same time? Not sure how that works either.

Yh I meant playing in a midfield 3 they are good enough between the 3 of them to sort out it,agree can't see Milner and Henderson missing many games maybe early cup games and away ties in Europa

Maybe all three playing is the solution. It'd certainly be an athletic engine in the middle of the park.

Personally, would like to see a three at the back again, looking something like this:-

                              Mingolet

           Clyne             Skertel            Gomez

                                Can

                 Milner                    Henderson

     Ibe                     Firmino                   Coutinho

                              Benteke

I think Ibe and Coutinho can supply balls from wide or through the middle in this formation, while the back three have plenty of cover from a solid base in front.

I'd certainly take a season of high scoring and conceding over what we had last year.

Joe Gomez was excellent again tonight.

Looks like you've found a good'un there.

How much did he cost?

Was it a Cech save or a Benteke miss?

Only minus is he's looking uncomfortable on the ball playing on his weak side

Miss for me should be burying that chance

Delighted with the start of the season would have snapped your hand off for 7 out of 9 points with the start we had, thought we slightly edged last nights game and felt like it was a bit of missed opportunity despite what I've just said before

Liverpool looked really good second half but had no threat in the second. Do they lack pace up top without Sturridge and with Sterling gone?

Milner didn't seem to influence the game at all

Without Ibe, whole team lacks pace when moving forward to be honest.

If one was very negative;

Played poor and took a worldie to win at stoke
Didn't deserve to beat Bournemouth - £32.5m striker missed from 3yds
Ramsey goal was, so should have lost to Arsenal - £32.5m.....see above
Battered by West Ham for first time in over 50 years

7/12, should be / could have been 1/12

Which Rodgers Team is it?

If one were positive

Played poor and had Coutinho magic to win away at a tough ground
Over-come a vibrant bournemouth and our 32.5m scored on his debut
Outplayed Arsenal at the Emirates for 45mins, then stood up to a very good attacking Arsenal side, and our defence looked solid, should have won the game.
One of those days....we move on quickly

7/12..could have been 10/12
