Apparently, nettles are a great addition to a compost heap.

Nobody got the mystery photo question.
It was Glenn McCrory, & he was a World Champion over 20 years ago. I think.
Genuinely, a gentle giant. Beautiful manners, mentally very sharp, excellent social skills, & nice brown shoes. Everything a man should be.

Pardon me asking, but is that "were" or "wear"?

Went to do the gardening & the nettles had disappeared. I bet they'll soon be back though.
I blame Tighty.

Flushy shot a gross 84 yesterday
This needs more love imo
+1
Is that another chirp James?
OK, tell us once more. What did you shoot? 84 was it?
Winter Tees I imagine? Who maked your card?
There you go, volley that in the net.
Yes i shot 84, that's EIGHTY FOUR. Off a 22 handicap no less.
No winter tee's sir we have the downs made of lovely chalk, the scoring was done by a very honest friend, who did his bollox in the process.
Send me the praise, Tiger watch out kid.

Apparently, nettles are a great addition to a compost heap.
Apparently the leaves are very good to eat as well.
If you can extract the juice or blend them in to a smoothie there's all kinds of good stuff in there.

I have to go do some work next door now.
I'm trying to discipline myself to spend an hour on the Diary every day, & so far, it's worked perfectly both days.
I'm still very grumpy though. Windscreen wipers, nettles, knee, sleep deprivation, grossly overweight, no clean knickers, & I made a bit of a cock of myself in a Meeting yesterday, mainly because I was so grumpy. I'm not usually argumentative or foul-mouthed.
I only lightened up last night when I sat down to play some Online Omaha cash with a bunch of friends - most relaxing, & a small profit ensued, too.

Err.....I'm not entirely sure who is whooshng who, here. Let's assume it's me being whooshed, it usually is.
I'll just say "thank you" & move on.

Was a decent boxer, but never truly world class. Whereas as a commentator and pundit he is very, very good. Very knowledgeable and always a good foil for the main commentator.
He said that when he was in the ring with Lennox Lewis he said getting hit by Lewis' jabs was like being hit by sandbags. Said he'd never been hit so hard.
