Might pop over. Lasted a monumental five hands in the Rio Deepstack. Have an errand to run but will then likely head towards the Venetian. Can watch the basketball in that Rockhouse place again with the Bet Lynch pool table.

Lol @ that Bet Lynch pool table.

Will try and pop up to see you during the break. Luckily, Venetian has plasmas galore, so I can play a lovely PLO8 jobbie, and watch the NBA Finals whilst doing so. Hedonism rules.

Am just in the queue at Encore for a ticket to see Skrillex tomorrow night. LMK if you fancy it

Skrillex?

Think I'll swerve that, dubstep is so yesterday.

But thank you. I think.

Table 48, seat 7.

This should get 120 or more runners.

Am as excited and scared right now as I was the day I played my first ever Live MTT, which was at what was then Stanleys Derby. I was sat next to Devilfish, Ash was on the table, and Taffy was dealing.

All these years on, and every time I play an MTT or SNG, I get the same tingle down in the nether regions.

It really is time I grew up.

Wub

Fair enough. Turns out only Wynn/Encore guests can buy at the box office. Others can buy online, provided they print their own ticket and bring it with them...Or queue an hour early at general admission tomorrow night.

Anyone staying at either fancies helping me out, would be appreciated. Beverage-based compensation package negotiable.

Hot start.

Very first hand, in the BB, I get..... two hearts

Three limpers.

We see this flop..... Two Diamonds Two Clubs

I bet. Have to, not keen on chopping with the A-3 merchants. Two callers.

Turn is an off suit high card.

Bet, call call. WTF?

River is an 8.

I bet again, one caller, one fold.

A-3 man got there, we chop for a nice little profit.

2 hands later, on my button, with one limper, I raise with.....

See how I have widened my range?

Mr Optimistic calls.

Flop....

  Two Diamonds

Smiley

My man bets!

Think I can give him another card here. Call.

Turn.....

He bets again. OK. Call.

River is a complete blank, off suit 8.

He bets again, I slightly more than min-raise, he does the theatrical dwell fold.

22,000, from 15,000.

Like the table, but one kid is giving me, and everyone else, serious gip.

He has very bad starting hand criteria, but makes up for it with sheer naked aggression. Finding him tough to play against. If I can just flop good both ends, we will go to war big time.

Level 3 about to begin, 100-200.

Got beaten up a bit by The Kid, then sort of got in a bad spot when I raised into 3 limpers, and a shortie moved in for his case chips. 2 other callers, felt I could only call, but had to call. Missed everything.

17,000 beginning level 3.

Level 4 just begun, 18,200.

Still feel a bit out of my comfort zone, The Kid is bossing the table a treat with his aggression.

Plenty of time yet, but if things go badly wrong, I will take a flip with him before I get too low.

Good luck, sir. Managed to bust the Aria evening comp in eight hands, thanks to Flushchasers Anonymous member number 244. Somehow managed to see a total of 13 hands in two comps today.

Am available for railing duties if required later, once I've finished gambling elsewhere. Any chariot racing on? Roll Eyes

2 limpers @ 150-300, I make it 1,200 with A-2-3-Q ds.

FIVE callers, lol.

It comes K-K-8, none of my suits, and a I feel I have to give up.

Checked all round, turn comes a 5, small blind now pots it, about 6,000, looks like he is protecting his high v any low draws.

We all fold like good children, and he obligingly shows us quad kings.

Nut flush runs into straight flush, and straight flush lady just calls on the river.  ( am not involved)

Ace flush man calls Floor, wants her hand killed as she had the nuts and checked behind.

She is obviously, as anyone here can see, an out and out recreational, a complete amateur.

Floor rule that it does not matter in split pot games, and her hand is good.

Mr Mardyarse now has a seriously curly lip.

Irony is, if she bet it, he almost certainly pays her off.
