Evilpie gets his timing right.
What price he comes on in the next days or two & gives it his usual "Oh, I would have taken 10%" shite?

Happy for you to go to 70, if it means you getting a monkey out of his pocket.

The camera never lies.
Anyone watch the Derby?
Look at these 2 photos of the same thing, & see how different they look.
In the first, looks like a 4 way dead heat, with 1 nearest the camera & 3 nearer the centre.
In the 2nd image, the winner is well clear, & the bunch in the centre is 4, not 3.
Both photos taken at the same moment.

But neither of those photographs are taken at right angles to the track and directly across the line.

So what you're saying is that 2 completely different pictures look completely different to each other - incred way to spend your time :-)

Deceptive though, isn't it? Just shows, you never quite know what to believe.
Was a great race though, whatever angle we look at it from.
Sport has been so good recently, enjoyed all the CL stuff (except the Final), the Play Offs were fabulous, the Moto GP from Italy was a great watch, as was the Ladies Golf at the weekend.
In the Detroit Indy Car race, the runner-up went by the name of Will Power. What a great name for a motor racing driver.
And in the Ladies Golf, there was a Korean lady by the name of Jeongeun Lee6. Never seen a number in a name before, or not that I can recall. As a Korean, her name is back to front (in European terms) & apparently it's a very common name, like Bert Smith over here. So each Jeongeun Lee gets a numerical suffix.

Did you see this Tony?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-48506032
I don't know if there is a lesson here about relying on past performance, or about the effects of Brexit. I think Neil Woodford was top quartile for very many years in a row not that long ago. How much of that was due to his stock picking skills or the outperformance of the sectors he chose in the wake of the dot com bubble and subsequent crash is up for debate Looking back there have clearly been some huge tech successes, but back then so many of those tech stocks were so bad.
My pension has been suffering a bit, as I tend to favour income stocks too; sigh Kier Group. Those who believe Brexit is a great thing should be making a killing here by buying all these "cheap" UK facing stocks.
Update on this, here;
