Monday is Diet Weigh-In Day.
Monday March 12 - 14st 0lbs
Monday March 19 - 13st 8lbs
Monday March 26 - 13st 2lbs
Monday, April 2nd - 12st 12lbs
Monday April 9th - 12st 10lbs.
18lbs (1st 4lbs) in exactly 4 weeks is quite satisfactory.
From here the loss will slow dramatically, 1lb a week, 2lb a week at best, as I near my "normal" body weight.
Next Target is 12st 7lbs by April 28th. After that, onwards & downwards to 12 stone by the time I go to Vegas, mid-June.
Been a doddle so far, & a total pleasure. Dieting is so much fun.
Once I reach 12 stone, I'll resolve to eat sensibly in future, & not pile it on again. I will fail spectacularly, nothing is more certain.

Some great photo's, ESP the food ones. After seeing your weight loss I might have to try the fish, egg and pineapple diet myself.
I showed it to the mrs and she said ' oh look he's got the same cutlery as us, eughhh is that pineapple'

Home alone today. Well, me and the dog. (You're never alone with a dog).
Was gonna go out on my bike, (Still may later) but at the moment it's persistently hissing down, so I'll mostly be playing a little tourney on line and watching TV.
I've fired up my tourney but haven't turned the TV on yet. I have Sky but not sports or movies.
If you were here with me and you had the remote, what would we be watching at 11am?

I'm always losing or breaking my glasses, so on Saturday I went to the pound shop and bought 10 pairs.
One down, nine to go.

I've been posting on Tony's diary instead of mine.

I know Tom, I regret handing the buying of cutlery over to the mrs, along with changing bulbs, fitting plugs, putting the bins out and digging the garden. I'm a bit of a 'new age' man when it comes to chivalry.

4 hours of religious fiction? I'd rather play with razor blades.

Over 100 people buried alive?
That was the story all over the news wires yesterday, see.....
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-17643625
Today, it's hard to even find the story.
What a horrible thing, over 100 soldiers, serving their country, wiped out, just like that, or so it seems.
Fingers crossed it does not turn out as bad as it is being suggested.
Can you even begin to imagine what their families are going through right now?
I was very pleased and relieved to get a text from my niece Yuval last night after reading this.
She's back safe and sound after her adventure, and will be sending me links to all of her photos from Mt Everest in due course which I will attempt to post on here if that's not straining my techno-dunciness beyond it's capabilities.
