Will answer those questions later, thanks, but for now, something for Tighty.

Am at Golden Nugget playing a little fun Omaha tourney, and a hairy chap sat next to me spotted my Sky Poker patch, and asked if I was sponsored by them, I explained I worked for them, da de da.

He then said " ho you know Hes Huffy?".

After some difficulty, we got there, he meant Des.

Bla bla bla.

Turns out he knows you too, and blonde, the lot.

His name is Juan, he is Captain of the Spanish APAT team, knows DTD, da de da.

What a small world!

lol, brilliant....good guy Juan. Seemed uncomfortable at DTD, everytime there was a call of 'one' time dealer, he'd turn around. Wink

Hope you're having a great Vegas Mr K.

Stakers Report.

Venetian Sunday night - $200

Venetin Seniors, Monday - $600

Omaha Hi-Lo, Binions, Tuesday, $230

Omaha, Golden Nugget, Wednesday, $230 (cashed for $4,160)

HORSE, Golden Nugget, Thursday, $230

Omaha, Caesars, Friday, $230 (cashed for $531)

Limit Hi-Lo, Golden Nugget, Saturday, $230

PLO 8 or Better, Wynn, Sunday, $340

Spent so far = $2,290

Cashed so far - $4,691.

Profit @ present = $2,401, so every 1% is currently worth $24.01.

I made Day Two of that Wynn Event (see my Blog, spammmmmmmmm), 191 runners, 34 remain, 20 paid, $13,000 up top, & $690 down the bottom, so we still have a squeak.

If - IF - I were to final, I'll seriously consider playing the WSOP $1,500 Omaha 8 or better tomorrow. We are well within budget so far, I said $10,000 tops would be the max spend, aiming for $5,000 if poss, & we are looking at coming inside the lower number, and we have $4,691 in returns already, so there is no way we will go over $5,000 spend. If any stakers object, let me know, please.

Doobsy also very kindly offered to buy $250 of my action if I play that WSOP thing tomorrow, too, which does not affect the Staking Syndicate that I can see.

Judging by yesterday, which surprisingly for a $340 event, had quite a decent quality field, these boys play a bit fast for me, & they have lots of gamble in them, & I don't. I don't think I'm technically too much disadvantaged, if I get a bit of run good, but I just don't have much gamble in me, & I watched a lot of "gambling for stacks" with a very eclectic range of holdings.

Anyway, it's all irrelevant unless I get super lucky today & make the Final. We resume @ Noon, & Mr Channing starts his Bracelet quest @ 1pm, so I could do both......I'm a bit nervous of sitting amongst the Brit Rail, & all those Shoe Bombs though, what with the Twitter Wars over the noise & stuff. Maybe I could pretend to be French?

Tony you are nearly right in your blog...

Wynn only owns the Wynn/Encore, MGM own the Mirage and Bellagio

100% agree, play the WSOP O8 event whatever happens today.

In the above I originally said, "PLO8 event".  But I see it's a "Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better"

What's the difference?

Now I could do this: http://bit.ly/NEbmUM

But I'm sure you'll explain it quicker.
