Think this is a Jackdaw, but never seen one with these colourings before.
Rod, you got any idea? Or anyone else with ornithological knowledge? Failing that, Tom may know.

Hoodie Crow, used to thought a colour variation of the carrion crow, now considered a separate species, found in Scottish Highlands, parts of Ireland & I gather Norway
You seem to have done better than my folks for holiday weather, they've been stuck in the hotel lounge all day....

Ahh, a hooded crow, not sure I have seen one before. It was very skittish and nervous, must unlike most of the corvidors (sp?) who tend to be plucky, brave and not at all bothered by humans.
The weather here is supposed to be mostly wet and rainy, but it was grand today, though as it fell dark the cold was biting.

My Norwegian is improving. I could understand almost all of that sandwich board.
This should help your pronunciation:

And did you know Norwegian is two languages?

I'm not the greatest flyer and often feel more secure when there are lots of souls on board, like the driver is gonna be more focussed, more pressured to do things just so. One time I took a small jet from Dallas to Arkansas with just me and a colleague on board, kept thinking fml if this goes down in the woods it wont even make the news!
Bet Brad would not have been scared. Proper man, him. Probably has a pilots licence actually. And a jet pack. And wears 2016 edition Gucci.

I've only been to Norway once, all the way back in 2008. It was on a mini cruise from Newcastle to Stavanger with DFDS, and it was their last voyage on that route before dropping it. I remember paying £15 for 2 Burger King meals, and thought that was more than a little steep at the time, so can only imagine how eye watering the prices are these days with inflation and a seriously weak pound.
Despite being such expensive places to visit, the Scandy countries make great starting points for flights to Vegas/west coast of America/SE Asia.

Lol at a "cruise" that starts in Newcastle.
I did see adverts here today for McDonalds Big Macs, they were 39.5 kroners.

We got it half price because previously we did a Newcastle - Amsterdam mini cruise with them and we were delayed 24 hours coming home thanks to a faulty PA system. Newcastle is a hotbed for cruising obv. London/Southampton have got shit on the norf sea.
Don't get me started on mini cruises from Hull....

Bang on. Over visiting friends, the hurricane's passed now and they say they've been spoiled rotten in the hotel.
