Enchantment? Enchantment!

I have to say, after this weekend I have completely changed my view on Chris Moneymaker.  I thought he was a waste of space who had one great lucky tournament and happened to win over $2 million!  But to see him at the table and the crap he has to deal with day after day and the comments people whisper to each other or say to his face even - I'm not sure I could handle very well what he does with ease.

Snoops and I interviewed him in Dublin last year. He was a little worse for wear after probably a late night session, but we both felt he was a good guy who probably knows everything that some people say about him but just doesn't care about it. In my view that makes him a better man than his detractors.

I sat next him at the WPT Bahamas event in Jan and I have to say I thought he was a thoroughly nice bloke and couldn't have been more courteous and friendly to eveyone at the table. Its difficult to tell how good a player is from just a few hours of observation, but he certainly came across as fairly solid at the very worst.

A big thanks to TK for giving me plenty of opportunities to plug DTD tonight , he really does a great job on the Sky Poker Open and it was hilarious when he broke Richards trophy.

i was fortunate enough to interview chris moneymaker in vegas last year and found him helpful and informative. He came across as a thoroughly nice bloke. He has not had an easy time since his win as all wsop champs are marked men for the rest of their lives and play poker with a big target on their head as anyone would like to say i knocked out a champ or was knocked out by a champ.

I know . lol

Watched a fair chunk of last nights show TK, and IMO was the best one you've done.

Very entertaining all the way through.

Last night I dreamed I played Chris Moneymaker heads up. As is the way with dreams, it did not seem at all strange that we were playing with chicken nuggets instead of chips.

After one huge hand, all he was left with was a few breadcrumbs. I was afraid he would use them to make a miracle comeback so I bought them from him for £100

Thanks! It's a dream to work with Richard Orford, he is really very, very good.

As to the accident wth the Trophy, it was not intended, & Ive arranged to have the Trophy replaced at my cost. I imagine it made good TV though!

I was weak with laughter when that trophy broke!!!  I still can't figure out HOW you broke it.  Caught some mention of it being in yer pants, but not sure how or why it got there.  Guess I was too busy laughing to get the full story.  Any chance of an explanation?
