Who needs a dongle? Unlimited (limited by fair use) net for free on my phone, bluetooth to laptop and away.
Just need to be careful when setting it up so you don't use the phone as a modem and pay data rates.
How long can you run that before your phone overheats or the battery goes flat?

I don't think the phone overheating is a problem. Never really used it for too long, but it didn't seem to sap the battery too hard. If you're worried a USB phone charger would keep the phone topped up.

Oh, & a Summons from Notts Police, for (allegedly, & not quite true) running a red-light in Nottingham City Centre at 4am back in April. I was lost, & somehow while searching for a road-sign, my car "crept" across the Stop Line. That one, though not really true, looks like a 3 pointer......
Ooops - sorry about that...thanks for the lift though! On the bright side at least your new claim to fame is that you were the first blonde to say 'lets go round again, and again and again'. Satnav ftw.

After hours of opening envelopes & sortng & filing, we found, & paid, these parking tickets:
Blackpool (2), from February & March, while playing their £200 deepstack jobbie.
Hounslow (2), from a meet in Chiswick in February.
Brighton (1) from January.
Leeds (1) from last August.
Nottingham (1) from April.
All accompanied by "Final Demands" & threats of Court Action, Bailiffs if not paid, da de da. Sheesh.
Why park illegally soooooooo many times? Is it a case of taking the chance of 'getting away with it'?

Before I plead my Parking Ticket mitigation.......
I had a lovely Text from Simon "slo-mo" Hawksworth this morning.
Simon is more of a blonde lurker than a Poster, but he lurks every day, & is an avid Diary reader, particularly of Red & Tighty's Diaries.
Simon was the guy who introduced me to Poker, many moons ago, & is a Past Captain of Royal Ormonde Golf Club, where, eventually, & aided by him, I became Captain. He plays off about 4, & he plays pretty fast, too, having been known to complete 18 holes in under 7 hours.
He's equally fast at Poker, too, being given the nick "slo-Mo" back in my Gala Notts days for his considerable dwellage, usuually accompanied by a contorted face, stand up, sit down, ayyayyyayyya.
I have not seen his wife & kids for years, & the last time I saw his two boys, of whom he's fiercely proud, they were in short trousers, now I gather they are shaving.
Anyway, he has - as of 10.11am today, become a father for the third time, & this time it's a 7lb 4oz girlie. Girlie & Holly are both in good shape, in Queens Med.
Absolutely delighted for you Simon.

Amongst tonight's Guests on the Show is one Curtis Ledger. (And with a name like that, he just has to be an Accountant).
He is, of course, our very own Sheriff Fatman. I look forward to being his Analyst......
If you have any dark secrets about him, or dodgy questions, send 'em in.
The Presenter tonight is fellow blonde "Nursey", aka Michelle Orpe.

Tikay have you been here:
http://www.nymr.co.uk/
?
My brother has a similar perverted love of steam trains that you seem to be inflicted with and insisted on taking Jake here for the day earlier this week.
I was bored witless by my brother and Jake seemed to enjoy it.
Think you would be in your element there...

"perverted"? Eh? Some might say being a QPR supporter is perverted.
Yes, I've been there, & Posted some Pics of it on this Diary a few weeks back - want to see them again? You only have to ask, I've got dozens of pics.
Visited "Goatland", (or was it "Grosmont"?) which is the Station adjacent where they film "Herrtbeat" - I think they rename it Aidensfield for TV Filming. The land is all owned by the Duchy of somewhere or other.
Also visited several other Stations on the Line - it's exquisitely fifties, & very nostsalgic. On the list to visit again.
I'm sure that sort of educational trip is ideal for young Jake, it's good to widen their minds early & show them some quality engineering.
You should take him to a Bus Garage soon, too. Oh, & York Railway Museum.

Stop being mischievous, & give us your take on the crash of the Spanair operated MD82 Madrid 'plane crash. It sounds dreadful.

I just did things I enjoyed doing, & paperwork & housekeeping were not on that bloody list,
Probably the most sensible thing you've said since you entered your dotage.
How come the dongle is £25pm? £15pm is the going rate.
They had a £15 Option & a £25 Option, the £25-er did more MPG or whatever - super-duper fast, & lots more download time. I do use the web a great deal, so it just seemed sensible really. It's the same as the one you sent me a link to a while back, but different.

Seems there are no details as of yet, could be a number of factors, anything on PPRuNe?
