I think your too harsh on yourslef Tony.
I dont know if your being sarcastic or serious when you talk about your poker ability, your not that bad!  Roll Eyes

Lol. I'll leave it to others to decide how bad! I actually think I'm "competent" - don't we all? - but I have a fair idea what rung of the poker ladder I belong on. The vast majority of players are "competent", with a decent sprinkling of "no-ideas", & a few - very few - who are a cut above.

But no, I'm perfectly serious.

Pre-Deal time. Lynne Beaumont played stunningly well, & was Chip Mummy for a good while in the Final.

It was a tenner SNG, & he wanted £15 change.

For my memory scrapbook. The Laddo, a boxer, & Sam Trickett's bud, reminds me so much of Chili's Glenn

Waking up cheerful, I then read the story of Baby P, who was battered to death - I can't begin to explain my feelings on that. And corporal punishment is wrong?

Then a special friend sent me some stuff - I don't know how to copy the Link, it was embedded - of the Holocaust. It sickened me so, I've sort of "missed" the Holocaust history really. Oh my God. I can forward the e-Mail if anyone wants it, but it's just too awful to describe. "Lest we ever forget", indeed.

A bittersweet world we live in.

Excellent report Tikay. Well Done.

The 10-J hand wasn't so bad. Of course the pre-flop call was the bad bit. I mean, we had that Galloway 10-J hand on PHA recently ffs, and you even came on it to agree calling with 10-J oop was dicey. You are supposed to take these skillz out into the real world you know. Having said that, Gambling Goodwin is raising every hand and a deal is locked up so pushing here gets called lots imo. Why not see a flop? That isn't classic poker but it ain't so bad. It's made worse because you are almost tearful during the hand, lol. If you like the flop he is certain to pay you off. Betting out on a good flop with a commitment to call, and getting all the money in with the best hand is perfectly ok in my book.

If there is one thing to lol at in this hand it is Goodwin saying you played it bad because you should wait for a safe turn. Because he isn't jamming that flop right? And you're not jamming that flop right? Sure.

Research for Tonight's Show. YOU can do some for a change.

I need the low-down - interesting stuff, not your run-of-the-mill regular bio stuff - on Tonight's two Guests.

Andy Ritchie. (Does he play at DTD these days?)

Alan McInally.

If you need a clue, I'm given to understand they are, or were, football chappies.

I shall require your answers promptly. Get going.

I thank you.

Andy Ritchie was a notoriously poor trainer. Kamara gave him the nickname "Stitches" because of the number of times in training he would pull up complaining of a stitch

Alan McNally is one of the few players to have played for 3 sides that have won the European cup (Villa, Celtic and Bayern Munich). Works for sky on soccer saturday and other football realted stuff.
