Hi thanks for great updates!

Could you follow Håkon Bentsen today as well? It would be much appreciated! Smiley

Table 17 seat 6 i think.

With a stone in my hand and two birds seated next to one another, I quickly took the opportunity to snap neighbour Asa Smith and Hakon Bentsen, both in seemingly high spirits. It certainly a thumbs up from Asa.

We don't seem to know too much about these two chaps, so if you can provide us with any more information on them (what they play, how long have they been playing, etc), then please let us know.

I don't know for Asa Smith, but can post some information about Håkon Bentsen. He's mainly playing small stakes tournaments and cash-games on PokerStars and Everest as HBsen. I think he's played for about 3 years or so, but not that much live, since live poker is forbidden in Norway. He won his seat into PCA in an all norwegian tournament series, where top 3 from two tournaments got into a 6-seat freeroll where the winner got the seat. We're a bunch following him tonight, so the updates on him is really appreciated. Thank you very much!

I think he's playing very well, yesterday he was stuck between David Pham and early chip leader Duy Lee and carefully built up his stack. Today he's sitting next to the chip leader again, this time Eric 'Rizen' Lynch and has had a good early start, re-raising a couple of pots to take them down.

Thanks for the info, keep up the good work. Come on Asa!

Sorry, that info was about Bentsen. I didn't see much of Asa Smith yesterday, though he did knock out TJ Cloutier so obviously has some game.

Barry Greenstein is OUT.

All-in with on a , you'd think he was in good shape, except that fellow Stars Pro Hevad Khan was holding the leaving Barry drawing slim. Two blanks later and he was left to sign a copy of his book for Hevad.

Christian Harder currently has a face like a smacked bottom after being outdrawn by British player Andrew Teng. I didn't quite see the pre-flop action, but can probably assume that Harder raised it up from the hijack position, Teng pushed all-in from the cut-off and Harder called.

On their backs, and with Teng's in need of a little assistance against Harder's , the board was a double-edged one, the unrelenting Flop giving Teng the second nut flush, but Harder the potential re-draw with the As.

"He still has so many ways to beat me," observes Teng. However, neither of them came as the Two Clubs Turn and River bricked out, leaving Harder to reluctantly pay out the additional 32k.

This gentleman, Hans Winzeler, is feeling a little smug. He just 4-bet all-in from the button, getting Joshua Ewing (is he the son of Bobby Ewing?) to fold. Hans then triumphantly showed two hearts...

Finally, Thewy has just lost a decent pot and is down to 270k. He fired 22k on a flop against two players, getting one to fold, the second, Evan Tindell called and then called another 40k on the three diamonds turn. Julian checked to him on the river where Evan fired out 100k. Julian eventually passed, telling me after, "It's too early for hero calls."

"He looks like an old Devilfish," comments Floppy of Belge (is that the correct adjective?) player Pierre Neuville. He doesn't appear to bear the infamous Ulliott  tag, and there isn't a young lustful femme on each arm, but he's playing equally intriguing hands. The last I witnessed saw Pierre do battle with Chordy in a raised pot and Flop of Two Diamonds . With Chordy check raising Pierre's 12k bet to 35k, Pierre smooth called and checked, along with Chordy, the fear-inducing Turn. A on the River and again both players checked, although Chordy instachecked this time instead of hesitantly tapping the table like he did the street prior, and it was on their backs time. As Neuville showed for second pair, Chordy, clearly relieved to have his man pipped, confidently whipped over his for second pair with a better kicker.

Nicolas Levi is OUT. K-Q into A-K.

Kris Kuykendall has just trebled up in one hand, He shoved utg for 80k, the small blind called, before Jon Friedberg pushed from the bigblind shutting out the other player. Kuykendall's Jacks were in poor shape against Kings, until he spiked a Jack on the river.

Stuart Taylor has around 110k, after little rush of cards but no customers he's been quiet.

John Zioulas bets 40k on a flop, Tyler Dickinson check/calls, before both check the turn. On the two spades river, Dickinson bets 60k and Zioulas adds another 60k which Dickinson calls.

What was Zioulas' hand?

Just the ...

Oh and it's bubbletime!!!

Julian's day has been rather uneventful except for the previously reported dip in chips, but so has Steve Jelniek's other and better half Irena Liepina; her chip stack has constantly remained above the 100k mark, the current count being 120k.

Did they do a proper introduction?
The chips look nice btw. If you get the opportunity, a closer picture would be nice.

With just a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle's handful of British players remaining in this event, we can't really afford to lose too many players, which is why it saddens me to report that online whiz Andrew Teng has been eliminated. I had to prise the information from former neighbour Christain Harder, but if my source is correct, Teng sang his swan song with K-Q, pushing over the top of an initial raiser but being called by A-Q. No improvement, and he has no choice but to spend the rest of the week in the Bahamas. It's a hard life.
