Good article Byron, but written in a way that makes it bloody difficult to read imo.

It's like a William Shakespeare - Stephen Hawking collaboration.

Sounds like sciatic pain to me, though that usually extends down the back of the leg.

You don't do block paving by any chance do you?
As it happens no.

Am sitting here with clenched cheeks in anticipation.

Just saw a great question next door Tom, so I've nicked it!

why is it that if you blow in a dogs face it goes mad, yet when you take him on a car ride he sticks his head straight out the window?

It's a simple question with a complicated answer.

Let me think about how to word it without registering too high on the drivelometer.

Hey Red!!!

Somewhere that I can't find now we were talking about nutrition and I said that mushrooms could sustain life if there was nothing else available...you said poppycock (i loved that word btw....it's not used enough imo!!) so, I went back to my Mum who was the source of this information and she said her nan told her this during the war so it must be true...i admit i had to laugh at this!!

So as you seem to know lots and lots of 'stuff' I thought i'd come back to you to find out the truth...please can you enlighten me?

Listen. I'm a quick learner and I've had too many thick ears in my time to contradict your Mum and your Nan.

If they say it's so, then it's so.

LOL! I know what you mean...I learned many years ago that trying to contradict my Mum was futile...guess some things never change eh?
